It can also lead to hypoglycemia (low blood sugar level) especially if you are taking other medicines to lower blood sugar. Make sure you know how to recognize and deal with it.

Before using this medicine, talk to your doctor if you have ever had liver or kidney disease, pancreatitis, or stomach problems.
