The Live Bottom Bin is ideally suitable to store tube ice up to 20 Ton and has a unique design with the first in-first out principle. Means, ice which enters the bin first will be discharged first.

  Ice discharge rate controlled by VFD driven chain drive which moves ice towards discharge screw conveyor.
  Number of rotating augers at different levels distributes ice uniformly across Live bottom bin.
  Bin structure fabricated from Galvanized "H", "I" and "C" beam.

Working of Live Bottom Bin-

•  Tube Ice from ice maker discharge will be transferred to Live Bottom Bin entry side.
• Variable Frequency Drive will move the heavy duty chain operating on the floor of the Live bottom bin. Ice residing on the floor of the bin will slide towards the discharge end. The speed of the chain will decide the quantity of the ice discharge to screw conveyor installed at the discharge end of the bin. From Screw conveyor ice will be feed to the process.
• A number of rotating augers at different levels in the height of the beam will break the ice hip and distributes ice uniformly across the floor of the Live bottom bin.
