Valve positioner for Single Phase application:

These are the controllers used for single phase actuator in valve positioning application. This equipment accepts 4-20 mA as input command from the parent system (PLC/DCS/QCS/PID etc) where 4 mA corresponds to actuator (valve) full close and 20 mA to full open.

AS-SP-01:

This unit is equipped with AUTO/MAN selector switch. In, manual mode it is possible to operate actuator from front panel control OPEN-OFF-CLOSE 3position switch.

This is specifically designed for the requirements of on site and in house calibration and testing. This consists of seven segments LED display. By using INC or DEC key and display, an user can select desired  current at the output terminal of this current source.

  • Output: 3-21 mA output selectable using front panel keys and display
