Destoner are used to separate the stones from the raw material. Heavy materials are separated from light ones by the specific weight of the materials. They consist of three main parts which are fixed part(a chassis equipped with  rubber  block  amortizing  vibration  and inclined adjustment),  moving  part(main  body  complete  with sifters  and  vibratory motors) and  feeding  &  aspiration sections fixed on main chassis. The sifter set consists of a perforated  plate  at  lower  deck  distributing air  and  a knitted sieve at lower.
