MAST can act as missing link between primary waste collection and total scientific disposal by providing - Three separate waste collection bins for manually segregated disposal of municipal solid waste, at its generation spot. It also provide incentive in terms of height, weight and BMI of user when he/she dump the garbage properly. MAST record CCTV footage of surroundings for surveillance and to deter the offenders who dump garbage outside the bins. After collecting garbage in segregated manner, MAST compresses the garbage to enhance the capacity of bin up to 8 times and treat the garbage using non-xenobiotic chemical to restrict garbage degradation and population of insects, rodents, stray animals. Each Bin remain connected through wireless cloud based server and provide real time bin level, temperature, CCTV Footage, location of bin to monitor bin and empty it when it fills. MAST offers a 24*7 helpline cum public communication system through which any user can get any time assistance in terms of medical aid, police aid, address confirmation, complaint registration, SOS or otherwise.
MAST also promote use of Electric vehicles by Developing an infrastructure for charging electric vehicles as it have solar powered rapid charging points, to charge electric vehicles in minimum cost. In brief, MAST is a modern waste collection system which will transform a waste collection bin into one of the most useful part of modern infrastructure of upcoming smart cities by providing not just a smart collection system, but also a full fledge one stop solution for most of the requirements.
Mr. Narayan and BalRam Bhardwaj are the founders of MACLEC Laboratory with a vision to innovate the present technology scenario. Since last 10 years they both are working as a freelance engineer service providers and R&D guide for many Government and private institutes, individuals and students. In 2004, at the age of 16 years Mr. Narayan was awarded as a young innovator at State Level Science Competition, thereafter with his younger brother BalRam, he started his journey as an innovator and never look back which is still continued and in 2010 he established workshop cum Laboratory in New Delhi which is serving as a single multidimensional platform for each and every individual, professionals, Students and societies who have Ideas but doesn’t have means to develop it in reality. Mr. Narayan & BalRam with their determination and innovative thinking has now come a long way.
In the recently concluded Inclusive Innovation Initiative (i3) 2014, they both were the overall winner of the INDIA INNOVATION INITIATIVE I3 national competition which was jointly organised CII, DSIR, AICET and I4C Pune where overall 1800 innovators are gathered and through rigorous examination by 14 member’s jury they emerges victorious for their innovative model ‘VARUN III’ which harnesses energy from any kind of flowing water body – a unique turbine system. Mr Narayan & Er BalRam has jointly filed many patents and published many research papers in IEEE and SCI journals. Their research spanning over 6 years has been on engineering behavior of non-conventional energy technologies particularly in hydrokinetics, Microbial Fuel Cells, mono crystalline/polycrystalline Solar PV Technology, Robotics, Kinematics, prototype manufacturing, etc. An established technical troubleshooters, researchers and active consultants, Mr. Narayan & BalRam Bhardwaj has supervised 52 M. Tech theses, developed over 23000 engineering projects and 18 Industrial Projects.
They are also working with CES (IIT Delhi), DTRL (DRDO), SHP (Germany), CREDA (Chhattisgarh) and providing their consultancy to Ministry of Power GoI, WIPRO, TATA Power and many more MNCs. As prolific writer, Mr. Narayan & BalRam Bhardwaj published many technical papers in national and international journals and conferences. They have been the Associate investigators of 3 sponsored research projects and carried out more than 1300 consultancies in the areas of green energy, robotics, kinematics, solar incinerator and Embedded Technologies. Mr. Narayan & BalRam Bhardwaj traveled extensively and has collaborative research with Canadian, Kuwaiti, and European Universities.
