All of our Items are entirely made by hand and is handcrafted by skilled artisans native to India. The process starts with building a wooden base for the any items, Chips of bone, ethically sourced as a by-product, are carefully cut into delicate shapes by several artisans. These chips are then affixed in various intricate patterns onto the resin, all by hand. Each Product is finally waxed and polished to bring out the detailed textures and beauty of the inlay work.
It takes a team of craftsman some days to complete single items. No two pieces will be similar and minor difference from the images will happen.
All the photographs are taken in natural day light and the condition of the piece is as shown in the photograph.
Shipping policies:-
Shipping is totally secure & insured, Handling Time for bone inlay products 2 to 3 week & Shipping Time 5 to 7 Business Days. For Reclaimed wood products handling time 4 to 5 days & shipping Time 5 to 7 Business Days.
Our all products are 100% insured, if items received damaged or not repairable will refund 100% Amount and if items minor damaged or repairable will pay full repair amount but Mirror not insured.
Customs Charges and Duties or Taxes if any to be on buyers Account.
If Item Received Damaged:-
If you received the item damaged, don’t worries about it, send us complete damaged images with courier company tags or box images which you received also please send us your contact no. with address so our concern team can investigate for the damaged shipment.
Returns & exchanges:-
Returns Will Be accepted and within 7-10 day of receiving the goods if the products you have received are wrong or damaged. Return shipping to be paid by buyer.
Additional shipping Policy:-
If Consignee is Not Responding to Shipping Agency for The Shipment Update or Receiving the Shipment Due to Custom Duties or other reason The Shipment Will Be Destroyed by the Shipping Company After 7 Days of Arrival at Destination and we are not responsible for all these. No Claims Will Be Accepted Filed By The Customer. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks to process and make the order before shipping.
