Model PSM01 screw-in pressure switches in a diaphragm or piston design open or close a circuit, depending on whether the pressure is falling or rising. An adjustment screw enables easy and convenient on-site setting of the required switch point.
Optionally, WIKA offers its customers the factory setting of the switch point.

The field-proven model A-10 pressure transmitter (pressure sensor) is the all-rounder for pressure measurement in industrial environments. These temperature transmitters are designed for universal use in plant and machine building, and also in the process industry. They offer high accuracy and excellent protection against electromagnetic influences (EMI). Via the WIKAsoft-TT configuration software and the model PU-548 programming unit, the model T15 temperature transmitters can be parameterised very easily, quickly and with a clear overview.

The TIF series field temperature transmitters, consisting of a rugged field housing, model T32 temperature transmitter and a model DIH display, have been designed for general use in process engineering. They offer high accuracy, galvanic isolation and excellent protection against electromagnetic influences (EMI). Via HART® protocol, the TIFxx is configurable (interoperable) with a variety of open configuration tools. In addition to the different sensor types, e.g. sensors in accordance with DIN EN 60751, JIS C1606, DIN 43760, IEC 60584 or DIN 43710, customer-specific sensor characteristics can also be defined, through the input of value pairs (user-defined linearisation). Through the configuration of a sensor with redundancy (dual sensor), on a sensor failure it will automatically change over to the working sensor. Furthermore there is the possibility to activate Sensor Drift Detection. With this, an error signal occurs when the magnitude of the temperature difference between Sensor 1 and Sensor 2 exceeds a user-selectable value.

The O-10 is a low-cost pressure sensor for universal use in OEM applications at pressure ranges from 6 to 600 bar. The O-10 is compact and can be integrated into many machine designs. In terms of precision and robustness, it offers application-optimised performance. The model DG-05 digital pressure gauge enables the measurement and display of pressure values in a single instrument. The accuracy of digital measurement technology and the simplicity of an analogue gauge are combined in this instrument. DG‑05 is built with high accurate piezo‑resistive pressure sensor made of SS 316L diaphragm which is suitable for air and other non-corrosive process media. DG-05 offers an accuracy of ±0.5% of span, enables superior operating performance.

The model TG53 bimetal thermometer has been developed and manufactured in accordance with the ASME B40.200 standard. The thermometer provides high quality and performance, and is an ideal choice in the process industries.
