In 1975, Shri Gautamchand Jain started his business in a village near Jodhpur named Belwa. He used to supply spices and other agro products to the ‘Mandi’ in Jodhpur. In 1995, he moved to Jodhpur and opened an office in the ‘Mandi’ for better prospects. Being from a farming community, Shri Gautamchand was in touch with many farmers from the villages and tried to source quality spices & agro commodities from them. Then in 2002, R. K. Industries was set up and the cleaning & grading unit was started under it. In 2005, a warehouse was set up by the name of Shri Padmavati Warehousing services to meet the warehousing needs of the company as well as rent space to those who need it. The warehouse has a total storage capacity of 13,000 MT (1,40,000 bags approx.) In 2006, R. K. Industries started its export business. It took part in various trade fairs like: ZAK Trade Fair, Singapore THAIFEX, Bangkok Gulfood, Dubai Fancy Food Show, U.S.A. ANUGA, Germany SIAL, Paris R. K. Industries is now a certified Star Export House and exports to many countries around the world.
