The bulk quantity of raw material and finished products are efficiently stored at our capacious warehousing unit. We have experienced warehouse personnel who keep the finished products at designated and labeled sections to ensure easy storage and retrieval of products. Besides, we keep the unit clean in order to protect the place from pests, insects and rats.

New Compliance Factory : To catch the increasing work load we are setting up and integrated compliance factory which will be operational by June, 2000. It will have capacity of Plain Round Neck T -shirts 1000 pcs/ per day, Polo tee shirts 800 pcs / per day. The production section has latest machine made by internationally reputed manufactures in Pegasus, Juki, Siruba etc. To Compliment superior production process, the finishing section has leggers, steam press from Mac-pi, Ramson Veit, Namato, From sourcing of fabric to final finishing, each production stage is monitored by our experienced quality control managers to ensure that you get high quality zero defect garment as per your exact specification. Other then in house production, we have our assured job worker's working with us in last 10 years for t shirts, boxer shorts & Pajamas, our job work capacity is 1000 pcs./day for Round neck tees, 800 pcs./day for Collar t shirts 5000 pcs./day for Boxer Shorts. Packing & finishing is done 100% in our own factory. Testing Lab : Testing with respect to chemical, dyes, colour matching and development is carried out in reputed testing labs like. SGS, ITS, TEXAN, CMAI. Factory Setup : We are capable of handling large volume of work as is evidence by our large installed capacities. We have our own manufacturing units. T Shirts Factory-1 : Capacity : 1000 pcs./day. This factory has latest of art machineries. With semi automatic with pneumatic control machines from U.K. & japan. Where we make high end garments. T Shirts Factory-2 : Capacity 5000 pcs./day Installed with mechanical Japanese machine. Boxer Shorts Factory : Capacity : 7000 pcs./day Polo Tees Factory : Capacity of 700 pcs./day. Sampling Unit : We have separate sampling unit complete with designers masters etc to develop and to make the sample of latest trends. Our sampling section is capable section is capable of developing garments as per your styles, colours & specifications. Washing Unit : To ensure quality of washing & dyeing, the company has its own washing plant having capacity of 2500 pcs/day. All the jeans & Trouser, regardless pf the style are washed at-least once before being packed, guaranteeing the strength of the garments colour of size when washed for the first time by the customer. We can provide different types of washed like Bio Wash, sandblasting, silicon wash, enzyme wash, vintage, ball blast, brushing, scrapping, spraying, softener wash & loads of other washed according to our requirements & needs.
