Rajiv Kumar Luv

Rajiv Kumar Luv is an experienced corporate trainer and a management consultant. He helps Organizations improve their people, performance and profits.  He is an associate facilitator with a number of Training Organizations. He has completed his graduation from Mumbai University and further went on to pursue his B.tech degree in leather technology from CLRI Chennai.

Rajiv has more than 22 years of accomplished experience in the area of behavioral, soft skills and functional skills training. He has trained over 75,000 people from all walks. He has also provided consulting advice to various organization and institutes leading to productivity improvements. He has worked as a Consultant in Leather goods and Soft luggage designing, offering his services to small and medium scale units.

He has rolled out competency based training programs across the length and breadth of the country for a number of companies. His workshops on Communication, Leadership, Achievement Motivation, Team Building, Attitudinal Change, and Presentations etc are highly in demand.
