We ordered furniture for our cafe in Abu Dhabi. We really liked the finish and services of Rajtai.
Starting importing from another Country was not our intent. But when we searched on Google, we got to know about Rajtai. We liked the website. But we were not sure whether they could export and I had also read some negative feedback regarding service and quality. So we contacted them. They were very prompt and explained the feedback. Mostly they have all of our required products with them. They took care of all the shipment and paperwork. We just ordered with them and nothing. They provided door delivery.

Amazing Experience

Amazing experience with this company. Brought the furniture for our cafe in mumbai in the name of #pedalpower. Though we were in mumbai Chinmay ensured we get right furniture as per the sizes provided by us. He went out of the way and customised the tables, chairs, bar stools and board for us. We was always available for us anytime we called and I am really glad that we found a friend like him. Who treats us not less then this family. All the things provided by them made our cafe look rustic as per our requirement and they provided the same as per our deadlines.

I ordered chairs from this company, and there were some issues (shipping damage, color) with them when they arrived. I contacted the company, and they immediately resolved each issue. It is certainly one of the best customer service experiences that I have had in India. The products are great quality, and the customer service is exceptional.
