RAYS is Ahmedabad Gujarat based CA Firm established in the year 2011 with the clear vision to shine the gowth of business partner in the complex taxation structure. Firm is started by young and dynamic intellectual CA those who already have remarkable achievement in their educational carrier. We have the Special Knowledge in Direct Taxation related to Construction and Land related aspect, Indirect taxation , Internal Audits and wealth Maximization.

1. Mr. Rahul K Maliwal ( ACA, B.Com. )
Mr. Rahul Maliwal, is a practicing chartered accountant and the founder partner at RAYS & Associates, He has vide experience since 2011 when he cleared his chartered accountants. He had a great Academic carrier and recognized as AIR -1 ( All India Rank 1 ) in CA intermediate exams and AIR-8 (All India Rank 8) in CA Final exams. He looks after the Direct Tax matters related to capital gain taxation, Indirect Tax issues and Business Advisory. He has been instrumental in structuring and formulating effective tax strategies for various corporates that have culminated into substantial tax advantages. Mr. Rahul is a regular contributor to the journals published by ICAI and other professional Bulletins on service tax matters. He has addressed various forums for the public as a whole regarding the changes in Service Tax.
2. Mr. Ankit V. Agrawal ( FCA, CS, DISA, B.Com. )
Mr. Ankit Agrawal, is a practicing chartered accountant and the founder partner at RAYS & Associates, He has vide experience since 2011 when he cleared his chartered accountants. He had a great Academic carrier recognized as AIR -29 ( All India Rank 29 ) in CA Final exams, AIR 3 in CS Final Exams, AIR-3 in DISA. He looks after the matters related to corporate taxation and company law. He also look after the entire Branch activity at Ankleshwar, Gujarat. He was ex faculty for CS Final and CA Final students for Corporate Law.

Mr. Yogesh Shah, is a practicing chartered accountant and the founder partner at RAYS & Associates, He has vide experience since 2011 when he cleared his chartered accountants , He looks after the matters related to corporate financing, Gujarat VAT taxation, Government Audits, Tax Audits ,Company Internal Audits and control. He is major instrumental for corporate management and advising for business development aspects.

Mr. Ruchit Shah, is a practicing chartered accountant and the founder partner at RAYS & Associates, He has vide experience since 2012 when he cleared his chartered accountants , He looks after the matters related to corporate Dynamism and Business expansion, He also look after the entire Branch activity at Dehgam, Gujarat.

6. Ashok Oza (Associates)
Ashok Oza has a vide experience of last 15 years in the field of accounting taxation and labour laws, He looks after the matters related entire branch activity at Ankleshwar, Gujarat.
Training
We provide in-depth training covering all aspects of live operations to prepare employees for actual working. We provide induction training for newly joined employees and refresher training for continual development. Our training programs are structured and designed with objective of making them interesting and practical.
