Automotive EP 100 Gear Oil is an extreme pressure oil for industrial gears. The paraffinic character of the base oil ensures an excellent course of the viscosity/temperature and a high resistance against oxidation and ageing. The favorable property of natural base oil is further strenghtenend by the addition of appropriate additives. The high pressure additives based on sulfur and phosphorus compounds form a chemical film on tooth surfaces and as such prevents wear and a noticeable reduction in friction. Special anti-corrosion and anti-foam additives complete the composition of this oil.

Slide Lube 220 Way Lubricant is particularly used for the lubrication of machine tool slideways. By the use of special additives, the adhesive and lubricity properties are increased and shocks (so-called stick-slip) are avoided.
Slide Lube 220 Way Lubricant meets the following specifications:
Cincinnati-Milacron
• P53: oil for a centralized system, feeding the circuits and the slideways. ISO VG 32.
• P47: oil with a medium viscosity for slideways of machine tools. ISO VG 68.
• P50: oil with a high viscosity for vertical or heavily loaded sideways. ISO VG 220. Passed the “Bijur Lubricating Corporation”-tests.
