Metal Roofing can be erected with ease and speed and so it is ideally suited for many commercial, industrial or institutional constructions due lower cost or  on temporary structures where concrete roof may not be viable. Also due to snowfall in hilly regions most buildings have sloping roof. However, these are the very cause for extreme indoor discomfort in hot or cold weather. Hence, roof insulation, applied externally or internally becomes
mandatory. 
We have solutions for both applications -over deck and under deck. If installed externally, it provides structural protection & durability along with thermal protection as it extend the life of the roofing sheets, prevents leakage & seepage. However, if access to the roof is difficult or the material is old and needs to be replaced sometime in the future, internal application is faster and more practical. 
 We provide minimum of 50mm EPS or XPS insulation sheets for thermal protection, however in places with extreme climates, it can be increased upto 100mm or more. These are covered with a double layer of polymerised cement plaster with fibreglass mesh embedded between the top and base coat for reinforcement, better bonding and cracks free surface. Plaster is finshed with primer and 2 coats of acrylic paint of any colour or texture for best effect. If the insulation is internal, false ceiling can also be fixed below the insulation and no plaster is needed.
