The garment cutting room uses automatic spreading equipment. As a key area of clothing and apparel contract manufacturer, the garment cutting room closely adheres to all pattern specifications ensuring that subsequent phases of garment construction consistently turn out a finished product exactly as our customers requirements.

We are engaged in offering attractive stitching works, which is used to enhance the appearance of garments and other apparels. These are available in a variety of exceptional designs and patterns and are mostly suitable to add sophistication to dresses and are available as per clients’ requirements.

Trimming is the  finishing department to prevent the possibility of wrinkling as sewn garments mechanically travel throughout the finishing process until they are ready for shipping. Moving of garments also allows us to immediately address and resolve any quality problems that might be present.

Ironing is to provide the customer with the convenience of having professionally ironed clothing and other articles without having to spend the energy and time themselves.

 

There's a difference between ironing and pressing. Conventional ironing (moving the iron back and forth) can stretch a fabric. Pressing is done for silk clothes.
