When a customer comes to us asking for clarifications on a particular subject, of which little is known, we never leave him unreciprocated. We learn about it and gather more details to serve him or at least serve him with the tips we had learnt. But for this virtue, we would not have landed up in this spectrum of services.
We also believe in the epithet "a client has the right to be wrong", since it is his ignorance that brings him to us and we are paid to clear the ignorance and educate him.
