A] ABHICHEM 2201

{ Scale & Corrosion inhibitor}

This is poly phosphate base multi functional compound, comprising anti-scaling agents, Corrosion inhibiters, Dispersants like phosphate, Nitrates, Carbonates & chromates etc. It prevents precipitation of metal salts on the surface area of system forming insulating adherent layer by keeping the dispersed in water & can be removed during bleed off or drip. Simultaneously it maintains alkalinity & Ph of cooling water to desire level in specific conditions

Strong cathodic as well as anodic corrosion inhibitors prevent corrosion of plant accessories & pipelines insuring longer life & continuous efficient running of cooling plant.

Thus it ensures effective heat transfer, assuring better cooling efficiency, longer life of plant accessories. & reduced cost of regular maintainance.

B]ABHICHEM 2202

{Algaecide }

This is copper based effective micro biocide against both type of algae viz. Cynophyceae & Chlorophyceae. It has better penetration power, acts efficiently in system having slim deposition, Organic Matter & Oil contaminations. It not only kills algae, but also inhibits its further growth.

Thus it keeps system clean proving maximum surface area for water cooling ensuring maximum utilization of cooling tower capacity.

{ Micro Biocide}

This is long chain sulfur compound. It is effective against wide range of bacteria

including aerobic & anaerobic bacteria like Sulphate reducing bacteria, iron consuming bacteria. It interferes the metabolic activities of bacteria causing to death. Thus it keeps cooling system free from microbial corrosion & other microbial attacks.

D] ABHICHEM 2222

{De-scaling Compound}

This is HCL based acidic de-scaling compound to remove scale from surface. It contains acid inhibitors, dispersants & corrosion inhibitors. It deeply penetrate the scale layer thoroughly converting it to soluble form & removes completely from the surface without causing any hazardous reaction on metal surface. It is strong against metal salts, but mild against metal. It is capable to remove almost all types of water born scales.
