The pneumatic control unit Type 8690 is designed for decentralised automation of ELEMENT Type 21xx pneumatic process valves. Mechanical or inductive limit switches register the valve position. The integrated pilot valve controls single or double-acting actuators. The design of the control unit and the actuator enables an internal control air routing without external tubings. Besides the electrical position feedback, the status of the device is shown directly on the pneumatic control unit itself. The housing is easy to clean and features proven IP protection and chemically resistant materials for use in hygienic processing, in food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries. Focused on wash down applications, the IP protection of the housing is supported by a positive pressure inside the control head. Combined with Bürkert ELEMENT actuators, the pneumatic actuating system enables spring chamber aeration that avoids actuator chamber contamination from the environment.

The AirTAC CPV series of solenoid valves are designed for compact, modular pneumatic control systems. Key features include integrated installation, flexible combinations, manual overrides, and long service life with low starting voltage. They are available in 3/2 way configurations and various voltage options.

Type 8805 consists of a quarter-turn valve (ball or butterfly valve) and a pneumatic rotary actuator. The rotary actuator is available as single or double-acting actuator. Type 8805 can be complemented by a positioner (Type 8791, 8792, 8793, 8691, 8692, 8693, 8694), a pilot valve (Type 6519) or several kinds of position feedbacks (Type 1061).

The Type 2975 manually operated diaphragm valve consists of a manually operated actuator, a diaphragm and a tank bottom valve body. The manual actuator with plastic handwheel ensures use in hygienic or aggressive ambient conditions. The flow-optimised valve body with minimum dead space enables high flow values and a wide range of possible applications. The valve body and the diaphragms are available in all common materials and variants. The actuator has a compact, autoclavable design and is compatible with all other Bürkert diaphragm valves. An explosion-proof ATEX/IECEx device variant is available. The manual actuator possesses a visual position indicator with reproducible stroke scale. The innovative Bürkert process on/off valve Type 2111 is the solution when it comes to shut-off tasks under demanding operating conditions. The externally controlled tube pinch valve Type 2707 consists of a pneumatical actuator (optionally ELEMENT or CLASSIC), a housing with compressor and an interchangeable tube holder that can be adapted to the tubing size. The Bürkert pinch valve has been specially developed for single-use systems in biopharmaceutical production processes. Typical applications are chromatography skids, tangential flow filtration (TFF) skids, single-use bioreactors as well as filling and dosing skids. Installation on racks, e.g. for transfer and/or distribution. Manufactured for modulating applications (ELEMENT actuator) or on/off applications (CLASSIC actuator). The compressor and the tube holder can be exchanged in a few simple steps so that the pinch valve can be adapted to different tubing dimensions. The externally controlled diaphragm valve Type 2104 consists of a pneumatically operated piston actuator, a diaphragm and a T-valve body. The proven and robust actuator with stainless steel housing ensures use in hygienic or aggressive ambient conditions.
