Our vast array of diffuse sensors offers an economical solution if you want to reliably detect contrast differences. These diffuse sensors detect objects based on their surface, color, and material. Thus, their scanning range depends on the size, shape, color, and texture of the reflective object surface.

The transmitter and receiver are housed together in a single unit so that you can easily mount the diffuse photoelectric sensors and align them quickly using their highly visible light beams. You select the most suitable light type based on your application. Depending on the model, our diffuse sensors offer you highly visible red light, invisible infrared light, or very precise laser light that is ideally suited for detecting small parts.

For color-independent and surface-independent detection, we recommend diffuse sensors with background suppression. They work with red light or the laser red light that is ideally suited for detecting small parts. Their scanning behavior is virtually constant, even with different reflectance levels. Our diffuse sensors with background suppression detect objects within a set switching distance, without being affected by reflective backgrounds. Object and background can be differentiated very definitively, especially as these diffuse photoelectric sensors are characterized by their low gray value shift and hysteresis.

Since the transmitter and receiver are housed together in a single unit to save space, you can easily mount our background suppression photoelectric sensors and align them quickly. In addition, the highly visible light beam with the versions available in red light, blue light and lasers make it easier for you to do this. With IO-Link, teach-in or via potentiometer, you can easily adjust many sensor versions. Versions with fixed switching distance are also available.

Our contact temperature sensors are designed to detect process temperatures continuously and/or provide a switching response. Single- or dual-axis inclinometers can measure deviations from a horizontal or vertical axis of up to 360°. Our BSI single-axis inclinometers reliably monitor rotational movements, enabling continuous tracking for optimal process control. These single-axis inclination sensors are available with two different measuring principles: fluid-based for high accuracy throughout the entire measurement range, and MEMS-based (Micro Electro Mechanical Systems) for applications requiring greater flexibility. Our BSI dual-axis inclination sensors are also MEMS-based. The MEMS principle features compact chips with microelectromechanical structures that respond to inclination movements according to Earth's gravity. With just one sensor, you can monitor the position of machine components along two axes. Evaluation occurs via a capacitive measuring principle.

he EE354 dew point meter is optimised for monitoring refrigeration dryers. The measurement accuracy of ±1 °C (±1.8 °F) over the range of -3...20 °C Td (26.6...68 °F Td) and excellent long-term stability of the dew point sensor make the EE354 the ideal meter for refrigeration dryers.

Due to its compact design, EE354 can be easily installed even in tight, confined spaces. The extremely rugged stainless steel enclosure with ½ ISO or NPT thread and the M12x1 electrical connection facilitate quick and easy integration into the measuring task.

The Series 616D Differential Pressure Transmitter senses the pressure of air and compatible gases and sends a standard 4 to 20 mA or 0 to 10 VDC output signal. The 616D enclosure is specifically designed to mount on a 35 mm DIN rail in a panel. This mounting style allows for several units to be mounted closely together reducing required space. The span and zero controls are for use when checking calibration. They are not intended for re-ranging. Versatile circuit design enables operation in 2-wire current loops.
