CHICKEN GHEE ROAST RECIPE
( For 700g. Chicken )
1. Chicken pieces 700g.
2. Ghee 4 table spoon
3. S.R.R. Chicken Ghee Roast Masala
( 60g.) of this pack
4. Ginger 10 g
5. Garlic 10g
6. Tomato 1 medium size
7. Lime ½
8. Coriander leaves 10g. ( Chopped)
Clean 700g. chicken pieces, squeeze the water & keep it aside. Now take one tomato ( medium size), 10g. ginger & 10g. garlic make a paste, & now squeeze ½ lime juice in it & add 60g of S.R.R. Chicken Ghee Roast Masala of this pack mix well & add to chicken pieces, mix well, marinate for 2 hrs or more. Now heat 4 tbsp. ghee In a vessel, add chicken & cook closed in medium flame till chicken becomes soft, now lower the flame & cook till gravy becomes thick, ( stir once or twice to avoid sticking to bottom) add coriander leaves, remove from heat & serve hot.
