He is main Consultant of our Company having working experience of 20 years. He is expert in finance and taxation matters having vast experience in financial analysis of a business, its objectives and approach to run a business in effective and efficient manner. He has in-depth industry knowledge, local market expertise, practical solutions and clear strategies necessary to advice you as per your requirements. After serving Tata Motors and Tata Technologies Ltd for 7 years he has been extensively involved in Project Financing, Taxation, Investment, Joint Ventures, Collaborations, and allied matters.

Deepak Saxena, Project Head
Deepak has got an experience of 15 years in the field of Consultancy and Finance. For success of a project it is mandatory to know whether the project is feasible or not? This is the arena where Deepak helps. Deepak takes up the job right from feasibility study and will submit a report on the said project and will also help in financing the same. Right now he is providing consultancy to several projects.
Malay Gupta, CWA
Malay is specializes in Installation and Design of Costing System and product wise/component wise costing Reports. He has vast experience in preparing Cost Sheet which includes stage wise cost, process wise cost, overhead cost, Machine Hour rate,overhead allocation and apportionment to product cost because in present competitive world where inputs cost is changing on continuous basis., so now it becomes necessary for management to know effect of increasing/decreasing input cost of resources on the total cost. Of the component/item so that help in decision making of management.

Ekta is a Company Secretary and having experience in the Company Secretarial field from past 5 years. Initially, she has served the industry for few year as legal advisor and had also headed the legal department. Thereafter, she laid his pioneering step in the arena of consultancy and practice. She is looking after the company law matters as well as gaining experience in the field of marketing to achieve goal of company to serve all business need of our client at his door step.
