Samarth VCI (Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor) Polyfilm is a combination of plastic film and VCl lngredients in the Master Batch form. VCI Polyfoam is manufactured by monoextrusion process using Safepack VCI Technology and Anticorrosion formulation for long term protection from corrosion. VCI Master Batch used is Nitrite-Free anti-corrosion master batch designed for the long term corrosion protection of both ferrous and most of the non-ferrous metals.

VCI polyfilm has following advantage over Traditional VCI Paper products used as a packaging medium for protection of Metal Surface from Corrosion & Rust.

• VCI Polyfilm acts as very powerful effective moisture barrier, which is not the case with paper. In fact paper absorbs humidity, which accelerates the corrosion.
• VCI Poly bags, tubing & sheets are transparent and hence packed products can be identified without opening the package. These benifits are not available with paper bags.
• In Polythylene material there is more uniform distribution of VCI Chemical there by giving more effective & gradual long term performance compared to VCI Paper. Polyfilm have much more superior tear I tensile I impact strength than paper. It also has better elasticity & elongation.
• It is available in natural & Coloured 2D pouches, 3D bags and Tube I Film as per customer's requirement.

• Thickness ranges from 100 micron to 250 micron or O.01 mm to 0.25 mm
• Width is from 3 " up to 90 " or 75 mm to 2250 mm .
• Length can be custom made.
