Our founding team consists of three Post Graduates with Masters in Social Entrepreneurship from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai. We have been working in the waste management sector since 2010 in association with Stree Mukti Sanghatana (SMS). Together with SMS, we have worked on different business models; piloted and tested them. While our focus is on the business development, the role of the NGO involves organizing waste-pickers, training them and making them employable.

J. School of Art and Architecture and Rachana Sansad's Academy of Architecture in Mumbai, Ms. Sushila Sabale, President of Parisar Bhagini Vikas Sangh.
