SSSI, SpeedOPilot is an intelligent and versatile speed limit switch suitable for detecting underspeed condition of rotating, reciprocating or conveying equipment. It can also detect a missing object amongst a series of objects continuously moving at a constant speed.

Easy to install. Flashing LED (in the probe head) indicates that the moving target is within the sensing range & facilitates target to detector distance setting
Easy to calibrate. The instrument can be calibrated prior to mounting, if the speed (buckets per min) of the system is known Programming is user friendly & menu driven, accomplished by 4 push button keys
4 digit LED display indicates the speed in pulses per minute (objects per min.) and aids in programming. Scaling factor available to achieve RPM indication
Built-in start-up delay programmable up to 99 seconds with provision for interlocking with controlled equipment
Programmable set point and switching hysteresis
4 LED indicators provided. Green LED indicates receipt of input pulses (when flashing), 2 red LED’s indicate under speed alarm & Over speed alarm and yellow LED indicates power ON status
A non-volatile memory stores the program parameters & calibration data indefinitely without the necessity of battery back-up
