We have special expertise in thermal design of heat exchangers and are capable to design an exchanger in most optimum manner. We have designed some shell-and-tube exchanger for one of our esteemed clients under very stringent Process conditions such as viscosity of Process fluid as high as 17000 cP and approach as low as 3 degree Celsius.  Such a low approach is generally not conducive for shell-and-tube type. Yet, as per the client’s requirement, we designed the shell-and-tube exchanger with lowest possible heat transfer area.
