Our company Solas sports India Private Limited was envisioned in 2009 under the business verticals of fitness, academic and retail within the health and wellness space. We plan to establish a community hub where people learn the physical aspects of healthy living and the mental aspects of living a powerful life of possibilities. We aim to encourage physical activity such as yoga, pilate and boot camp, all partaken as a group. Exercise in a group setting has been proven to improve endurance and strength. Not only that, psychologically, the group bonding also strengthens the perceived satisfaction. Meeting new people, breaking workout plateaus with constantly refreshed workouts and motivating instructors and working out with other participants help the cause of exercise immensely. Exercise is especially essential for the growth & health of our children.
