STEP 1- 500gms Mutton, 3 tablespoon oil. 3 1/2 tablespoon ginger, garlic, green chilly paste, 1 cup milk, 400 gms curd, 2 big onions (finely chopped), salt, 1 potato (cut into small pieces and fried), 2 boiled eggs (cut into big pieces)

 

STEP2-

 

  • Pressure cook the Mutton with ginger garlic paste and salt.
  • Heat oil in a pan , fry the onions till golden brown, then add the Mutton with its stock, milk and cook for 5-10 mins. Then add the provided Imperial Home Chef White Mutton Korma Masala , fried potato pieces and cook for a while.
  • Then add beaten curd, mix well and add egg pieces (boiled) and cook.

STEP1:- 250gms, Chicken, 1 cup coconut milk, 1 1/2 tablespoon ginger garlic paste, 1 large tomato, 2 tablespoon Butter/ ghee, 3/4 teacup curd, salt, 1 teaspoon rai, 6-8 kadi patta, 2-3 dried red chillies, 1 teaspoon jeera, 1 tablespoon green chilly sauce , coriander leaves.

STEP2:-

  • Grind the provided Imperial Home Chef Kashmiri Chicken Curry along with the provided brown kishmish into a fine paste.
  • Marinate the chicken with the above made paste, ginger garlic paste, tomato(chopped), curd, salt for 1-2 hours.
  • Heat oil, add marinated chicken, water (as required) and green chilly sauce and cook till chicken is soft and tender.
  • When chicken is fully cooked, add coconut milk. Make a vaghar (Tadka) of rai, kadi patta, jeera, red chillies (dried) and add it to the cooked chicken.

STEP 1 :- 1kg paya (10-12 paya pcs .approx) 5 big onion,4 tbsp. ginger- garlic paste, 3 1/2 tbsp. oil 1 cup chana Dal (soaked in water ), salt 2 med sized onions for birsta, lemon juice.

STEP 2 :-

  • Heat oil in a cooker add chopped onions and fry till golden brown, add paya , provided IMPERIAL HOME CHEF PAYA MASALA,salt and saute well .
  • Then add ginger garlic paste, water (as required), cover lid of cooker and cook for 5-6 whistles.
  • Then add chana dal to it and again cook for 1-2 whistles.

  • Make a vaghar (barista) of onion.
