Client’s Business:   The client, headquartered at Jeddah, operates domestic and international flights to over 80 destinations in the Middle East, Africa, Asia, Europe and North America. It has nine separate operating units which include, catering, cargo, ground handling, technical service, flight academy, medical services and religious, royal and VIP airlines.

Project: To understand the ongoing implementation project of Finance Solution and help the business community reap the benefit of ERP. To help the business users train on the ERP and become more effective in terms of data capturing, reporting, analyzing etc., To understand the existing processes and suggest improvement areas.

Objectives: A unified business and IT infrastructure was required to drive the transformation of its operations into independent subsidiaries. The main objective was to have one solution which would cater to all the group companies and to have the consolidation at the group level.

They are fully equipped to handle entry inward and outward as well as catering to various requirements for the vessel at the port. The client regularly handles vessels of various sizes with various cargos.  The Client in addition to its agency business also acts as independent freight forwarders be it by Air, Sea or Land offering its customers greater flexibility with a maximized number of options. Through various tie-ups both in India as well as across the globe, they can forward cargo virtually between any two locations across the globe.  The client is able to source very competitive rates and service levels either directly or through its partners to ensure that the customers get exactly what they want, be it the quickest transit times or the most competitive rates. Project: Develop and implement an IT solution for logistics management of the company. The solution should cover areas of Customs clearance (Import, Export), Freight Forwarding (Air and Sea), Transportation and Accounts.

Objective :Design, develop and implement a new system to manage their logistic process and to manage the daily operations at all levels.

We provide non-munitions supplies and equipment ranging from appliances, tools, lumber and building materials to power equipment and electrical and plumbing fixtures.  Over 1,600 items are stocked at their warehouse in Korea .Other materials can be ordered from local vendors or through the Procurement Office in Seattle, Washington. In the Middle East, the Client furnishes similar materials and equipment to the U.S. CENTCOM ordering commands.
