2-stage worm gearbox - RT Series

• Main use: general purpose, medium and fractional power drives; high reduction ratios.

Helical pre-stage for worm gearboxes - XA Series

• Main use: general purpose flange mounting B14 and mainly, independent helical stage for fitting to FRS and FRT input

In-line helical gearbox - RC Series

• Main use: drive of fractional and medium power applications.
• Range: seven sizes of grey cast iron, key/keyway input, long-life lubrication.

In-line helical gearbox - RD Series

• Main use: general purpose, medium and fractional power drives.
• Range: 7 sizes; housings and covers of aluminium die cast up to size 4, of cast iron from size 5; two- and three-gear trains.

RO-RV Series is designed according to ISO design standard and the robust framework is not subjected to significant buckling under running torque and external loads with positive outcome on oil seal tightness.
Solid output shafts, foot, flange or torque arm fixing are fully available.
1) 3 stage in-line bevel helical gearbox - RO Series
Main use: fractional and medium drives.
Range: 6 sizes; aluminium pressure die cast up to size 3; grey cast iron from size 4 up; 3 stages.
2) 2 stage in-line bevel helical gearbox - RO2 Series
Main use: bevel helical gearboxes for fractional and medium drives.
Range: 4 sizes, all alluminium pressure die cast.
3) 3 stage right angle bevel helical gearbox - RV Series
Main use: fractional and medium drives.
Range: 6 sizes; aluminium pressure die cast up to size 3; grey cast iron from size 4 up; 3 stages.

The shaft mount version, common to the three types, allows the flange mount B5 conversion by simply fitting one of the many output flanges available. Various dimensions and types of output shafts (hollow with through keyway, hollow with shrink disk and solid with single or double end) are available for the majority of applications. The series RN, RO, RV are made in 6 sizes for each type of gearboxes, 30 reduction ratios and output torques between 100 and 3400 Nm. The gearbox series RN-RO-RV is made of a common housing that allows same footprint for the three versions: RV - bevel/helical gearboxes, right angle input, hollow output shaft, three-stage execution.

RN Series, parallel shaft gearboxes, is designed according to latest ISO engineering specifications with the help of computer aided structural analysis for displacement and stress field.

The shaft mounted version allows the flange mount B5 conversion by simply fitting one of the many output flanges available.

Various dimensions and types of output shafts are available for the majority of applications.
