Our brown sesame seeds are small tasty, unhulled seeds that are used in cereals, crackers, spreads, drinks, casseroles, granola, candies, soups, salads, fish and baked goods. Delicious when toasted and sprinkled on grains or main dishes. Known as tahini when ground into a butter. A nutritious mayonnaise substitute may be made by simply blending sesame seeds with water.

mechanically hulled and mechanically dried sesame seed consists of the hulled seed from the plant sesam indicum l. The colour is white to whitish. Odour and taste are typical, and free from foreign odour and taste, such as mustiness or rancidity.

The black sesame seed is less common and has a more concentrated flavor than other sesame seeds. Black sesame seeds are especially good on salmon and other fish. Our premium quality sesame seeds can be used with salads, fish, poultry and meat dishes, bean and noodles dishes, cheese spreads and egg salads, butter or cheese sauces, cakes and cookies besides butter spreads and breads.
