Hydrothermal Autoclave
Considering there is a reaction to the high pressure and high temperature, it is necessary to follow all safety guide while using the reactor. It is more economical as compared to the quality of the product, where we use high quality 316 stainless steel alloy for outer part and extra pure extruded Teflon for inner part. There is a necessary accessory i.e SS rod for tightening the cap provided at the top.
Hydrothermal Reactor comes in many capacities based on the application. The Teflon-lined hydrothermal autoclave has a size in the range of 10ml to 2000ml. The autoclave up to 500ml size has thread type sealing while from 1000ml autoclave capacity there is flange type sealing. For more significantly higher temperature and pressure, PPL lined hydrothermal reactor employed. The PPL lined reactor support up to 280-degree Celsius, while Teflon-lined reactor works safely up to 200 degrees C. The PPl is nothing but a para polyphenol with added Teflon.
We never compromise with the product quality and use high thickness optimized steel and PTFE, which make it safe during over pressure and temperature.
