Air Sampling Bag

The Tedlar Air Sampling Bag are made of DuPonts 2mil Tedlar® PVF film. Tedlar® PVF film is tough, durable, and considered chemically inert to a wide range of compounds.

Air Sampling Bag of Tedlar® film can be used for indoor air sampling, hazardous waste sites, leaking underground storage tanks, stack sampling, soil gas sampling, gas blending, calibration test standards, and most other gas sampling needs.

All of our stock bags feature an eyelet and our patent-pending single 2-in-1 fittings that combine the valve and septum into one.

The Air Sampling Bag are available with polypropylene, stainless steel, and PTFE fittings. Please contact us for custom sizes.

Gas Sampling Bag

These Tedlar Gas Sampling Bag are tough, durable, and chemically inert to a wide range of compounds.

Bags used in environmental applications typically have a 2 mil film thickness and are applicable for a wide temperature range (98-225 °F).

The bags have heat sealed, leak-proof seams and can be used to collect both liquid and air samples.

Our Tedlar Gas Sampling Bag are constructed from 0.2 mil film with a 1 Polypropylene fitting that combines both the valve for filling the bag and the the septum port for removing the sample. Tedlar film is excellent for preserving samples and resisting gas permeation both out of and into the bag. The high tensile strength and temperature resistance of tedlar provides the durability required for many applications and is rated for continuous use from . These characteristics allow Tedlar bags to be used in a wide range of environments including stacks, vents, and flues.
