MR.MITHILESH GIRIMg. Director – B.E. ( Electrical )Truly a name to reckon with, well recognized in steel industry in India & Abroad, pioneer of Design, Engineering, Erection, Commissioning, Operation and Maintenance of all types of Steel Plants, well placed in this field for the last 20 years. Undertaken Turnkey project work for setting up Induction Furnaces and Concast Plant, commissioned nearly 40 such projects. He is the guiding spirit behind the successful launch & operation of S.C.S (P) Ltd.
MR.MANTOSH GUPTATechnical Director - B.E. (Electrical)
A '77 batch alumnus of NIT, Durgapur (Erstwhile R.E.C. Durgapur, WB) served with M/S Asea Brown Bover Limited ( ABB Ltd. ) from 1982 to 1999. During the period, he was associated with the commissioning of India's first 400 KV switchyard at Panki, Kanpur in 1982. Served as Sr. Manager – Design & Development, of Medium Frequency Induction Furnace (Electrical , Electronics & Automation ) and Arc Furnace (Automation) in Furnace Division between 1986 - 1992 and headed Electronics Division - ARC Furnace & M.F Induction Furnace (Design & Development) from 1996 - 1999.
From the year 2000 onward till 2008 he was involved in the following project with M/S ABB as a Project Consultant (Including Tendering, Design and assisting Commissioning):
- DMRC ( Delhi Metro Railways )
- 220/66 kV Switchyard - Bhutan Power Project
- 220kV Switchyard – Omkareshwar Hydro Project
- 132kV Sub-station – APTRANSCO
- Modernization of Bhillai Steel Plant – Tendering Activity.
From year 2000, he was also involved with different Mini Steel Plant & Foundries in India with following assignment:
- Energy optimization
- Training of the Plant Personnel ( Production as well as Maintenance)
- Making yearly Maintenance schedule to obtain Zero Down time.
- Associated with us from the 2004 onward
Mr. Bhattacharya is serving the company as Chief Engineer - Civil. He carries around 30 years of experience exclusively in Steel Industry. Upto 1986, he served in Rourkela Steel Plant as Senior Design Engineer. Subsequently, he was assigned the post of Regional Project Manager in Steel Authority of India Ltd, and posted in Delhi, where he worked for 15 years and executed various engineering projects in many parts of the country. He was Asst. General Manager in Special Projects Division before he put in his papers in SAIL in 2001. Mr. Bhattacharya has his Degree in Civil Engineering from Bengal Engineering and Science University and is also a life member of The Institution of Engineers (India) and Indian Geotechnical Society.
