ZycoSil+ is a revolutionary organosilane-based waterproofing agent designed for in-depth protection of civil structures. Unlike traditional waterproofing solutions that form a superficial barrier, ZycoSil+ penetrates deep into the substrate—up to 2 mm—forming a chemical bond with the structure. • ZycoSil+ penetrates up to approximately 2 mm into the substrate and converts the siliceous surface rich with hydrophilic silanol groups to hydrophobic alkyl siloxane groups as per the reaction below:
• Si-OH + OH-Si-R → Si-O-Si-R (alkyl) + H₂O ↑ (Evaporate)
• Complete drying is critical to complete the reaction and achieve water resistance. Surface tension of the hydrophobic surface created by ZycoSil+ will ensure that water remains on the surface & does not enter into the nano pores of cementitious surface due to surface tension effects

• Mix ZycoSil+ with potable water (1 part ZycoSil+ to 20 parts water). Add 2 parts of ZycoPrime+ to this solution and mix. The diluted ZycoSil+ solution is now ready to use.

• Horizontal Surfaces: Spray the diluted ZycoSil+ solution until flood saturation.
• Vertical Surfaces: Apply the diluted ZycoSil+ solution from bottom to top to avoid drip marks, ensuring full saturation through multiple light sprays.

Allow the Zycosil+ solution to dry completely  before proceeding.

• Best applied at temperatures between 10°C to 35°C during morning or evening hours.

Sika Latex Power is a latex-based, water-resistant multipurpose admixture for use in areas subject to humidity, dampness and continuous water contact. When added to cement mixtures, it improves water resistance and bonding strength by forming a reinforcing polymer that increases long term durability and flexibility of the mix. It is fully soluble in water and is to be added directly to the gauging water of mortar, concrete or cementitious grout.
