Providing and supplying MSW Simple Processing Machine with MS 2062 Body of Carbon Steel, inside fan of SS 304 Grade steel with 200mmwidth×500mmlength×8mmThickness, having an output of 9 tons per 12 hours. This is also attached with one hopper, having one outlet. Middle Turbine is of Carbon Steel has 14mm leaf thickness with Taper for Dynamic balancing in Stirrer type. Motor of 20 HP 1440 RPM Kirlosker make with ‘C’ section V belt pulle – 3 nos belt for belt drive to rotate the fan ,with panel board and Star Delta Starter of L&T make for 20 HP load with 6 mtr 6 core wire and copper legs suitable for starter & motor terminal. Including providing the foundation beds for the machine with vibration absorption rubber pad – 4 nos mounted. For operators safety purpose 10mm × 10mm Square rod grill is fabricated around the machine so that while input the sparked raw material doesn’t hit the operator. There is an emergency door at the bottom of the tray for cleaning purpose to avoid corrosion of machine. The machine has its length of 1170mm, width of 1180mm, and height of 1180mm.
