This machine is fabricated in M.S. plate and the machine is in closed- type frame; P.B. gunmetal bush bearing with oil-lubrication pump and hydraulic pressing system with power pack. The roll is equipped with friction double-helical gear. The drive is in four-stage helical gearbox coupled with motor. This roll comes in two sizes; i.e. 508mm Dia /1270 mm length and 406mm Dia/1270 mm length. The roll is made in forged chilled coated glass finish roll to pulp board.

Our company also makes beater set to grind the jeans waste to fine powder to make a pulp board. We make in various sizes i.e., 34” Dia 72 blades and 40” Dia 85 blades. The beater is fabricated in 60mm thickness M.S. plates with EN 24 grade blade 10 mm thickness to get long-life and durability. We also make hot-air tray conveyor to dry the pulp sheet. We are engaged in manufacturing of hydraulic press two dilate four RAM cylinders to squeeze pulp water after mould.
