 Surface Preparation
1. The Surface To Be Painted Must Be Free From All Dust,Grease, Traces Of Paint FLakes, Algae, Fungus Etc.2. The Surface Previously Coated With Paint Must Be Cleaned Thoroughly, With Sti??? Wire Brush, To Remove Dust, Chalky Or Any Friable Material And Loose FLakes.3. Wash Thoroughly With Water And Allow To Dry. This Ensures Proper Adhesion Of New Paint System.4. In Case Of Fungus A???ected Area Apply A Liberal CoatOf Nero Wash. Allow It To React For Minimum 6-8 H.
5. All Structural Cracks Must Be Opened In V Shape And FIlled With Cement / Cement Based Plaster Or With Nerolac Perma Crack FIller Paste. All Water Seepage/leakage Should Be Stopped, Before Actual Painting.6. For Parapet Tops And Other Horizontal Surfaces, Application Of 3 Coats Is Highly Recommended.7. Freshly Plastered Surfaces Must Be Allowed To Cure Completely. Apply Top Coat As Follows.

1. Refer Msds Of Nerolac Excel Anti Peel Exterior Acrylic Emulsion For Safety Measures & Precautions.2. Store In Well Ambient Conditions, Ventilated Locations & Away FromSources Of Ignition & FIre.3. Keep Away From Children.4. In Case Of Eye/skin Contact, Wash With Plenty Of Water.5. Inhalation/injection Is Dangerous. In Either Case, Move To Fresh Air & Consult Medical Practitioners.6. Do Not Apply When Ambient Temperature Might Drop To LevelBelow 10°c Within 4 H Of Application. 7. New Plaster Should Be Allowed To Cure For Minimum 12 Weeks.8. Avoid Extra Thinning For Better Results.9. Do Not Use Universal Strainers. Stir Paint Well Before Application.10. The Container Must Be Tightly Closed When Not In Use. Stir Well And Strain Before Use.11. Use Safety Equipment Like Rubber Or Polythene Gloves, Safety Goggles/glasses & Face Mask.
