Algae growth in pond water is very bothersomefor aqua culturists. Algal growth due to influx ofsewage water or agricultural field wash providesnutrients to algae. Once these nutrients becomeavailable, algae starts growing rapidly consumingdissolved oxygen. Oxygen deprivation reduceshatching rate and in extreme situations may leadto death of cultured animals. Selective microbescontained in SB BoostAqua consume thesenutrients before algae can start utilizing themwithout reducing the DO levels in water.
