FineTek Level Transmitter

Level transmitter is a non-contact measuring device, suitable for liquid level measurement in most tanks. It is easy to install, convenient to maintain, and can be used in corrosive applications. With its high precision and stability, it is widely used in liquid level detection and process control in the industrial field. FMCW radar (JFR) adopts a high frequency (GHz level) scanning method; electromagnetic waves are transmitted from the antenna to the target to be measured, then reflected to the receiver over time. During this period, a frequency difference will appear, which can be further calculated to obtain the distance from the transmitting end to the measured object. FineTek FMCW radar uses K Band frequency scanning, with a measurement bandwidth of around 1 GHz. The EE300 Series is an electromechanical inventory level measuring system which uses state-of-the-art third generation weight & cable technology to periodically measure the level of liquid and bulk solid materials held in storage. The EE300 series level measuring system includes the EE300 sensor and available RCU remote control unit or MMS-TL PC-software.

The EE300 series electromechanical inventory level measuring system is a flexible inventory system that can consist of the EE300 sensor(s) only or can include the remote control unit (RCU) or MMS-TL materials management PC-software. The EE300 is a third generation weight & cable inventory level measuring sensor consisting of a sensing weight, heavy duty stainless steel cable, distance measuring component, position detection sensor and electronics (includes firmware). The EE300 electromechanical inventory level measuring system sensor detects the sensing weight status and measures the empty space distance within the vessel during a measuring cycle. Upon initiation of a measuring cycle the sensing weight and cable system is lowered into the vessel until the sensing weight contacts the material surface, which is detected by the position sensing system, then the sensing weight and cable system is raised and returned to the starting socketed position. When the measuring cycle is completed all EE300 electromechanical inventory level measuring system outputs and data are updated.

The EC series is a hydrostatic pressure level transmitter for measuring the level of liquids in various tanks and other types of vessels. The EC hydrostatic pressure level transmitter consists of a piezoresistive sensor and Wheatstone bridge to directly measure head pressure exerted on the diaphragm of the EC level transmitter. When the pressure is exerted on the diaphragm, as a result of the liquid level, the pressure is transferred to the Wheatstone bridge electrical circuit through silicon oil contained in the EC sensing unit. This creates a differential voltage, which is then amplified to create a variable 4-20mA output that varies as a result of the changing liquid level. In addition, a pressure transducer is available for measuring pressure in tanks or pipes and producing a variable 4-20mA output.
