Product Description

The Flame Sensor Module is used to detect fire/flame source or other light sources of the wavelength in the range of 760nm – 1100 nm. It is based on the YG1006 sensor which is a high speed and high sensitive NPN silicon phototransistor. Due to its black epoxy, the sensor is sensitive to infrared radiation.

The module has 2 outputs: Analogue, which gives a real-time voltage output signal on thermal resistance, and digital which allows temperature thresholds to be set via a potentiometer.

This is APDS9960 RGB Gesture Sensor Detection I2C Breakout Module for Arduino; a small breakout board with a built-in APDS-9960 sensor that offers ambient light and color measuring; proximity detection, and touchless gesture sensing. The APDS9960 is a serious little piece of hardware with built-in UV and IR blocking filters; four separate diodes sensitive to different directions, and an I2C compatible interface.

Doppler Principle

Doppler theory based on time. when radio waves encounter an object in the moving process will be reflected when the waves. the frequency of the reflected wave will hit the object with the movement to change state. If the radio waves encounter an object position is fixed. then the reflected wave frequency and transmitting frequency waves should be equal. If the object moves toward the launch. then the reflected waves will be compressed. that will increase the frequency of the reflected wave; otherwise, the reflected waves frequency decreases.

Note: Please use a low voltage soldering iron and connect it to a reliable grounding. This device is sensitive to ESD and it may be damaged during soldering. The IF output of the HB100 module is especially sensitive. You can check it for damage using a multimeter in diode mode. The forward voltage drop between IF and GND should be about 0.25 V.

Product Description

This SHARP distance sensor bounces IR off objects to determine how far away they are. It returns an analog voltage that can be used to determine how close the nearest object is. Comes with 12″ long 3-JST interface wire. These sensors are good for short-range detection. For over 1 m distance, we suggest using sonar sensors

To use, connect the black wire to ground, red wire to 5V and white wire to the analog input. The analog voltage out will range from 3V when an object is only 4″ (10 cm) away and 0.4V when the object is 32″ (80 cm) away.

Note: 

This sensor draws current in large, short bursts, and the manufacturer recommends putting a 10 µF capacitor or larger across power and ground close to the sensor to stabilize the power supply line
