The 5FAM is a fully automatic sealing machine with a four flap closer which seals the carton with BOPP Tape on both top and bottom simultaneously. Sequence Of Operations:
A Carton approaches the machine with the top flaps fully vertical
The carton flow will be regulated by RCC conveyor to provide adequate gap between the cartons
The belt derives of the machine advance the carton through the machine
The front minor flap is pushed automatically and rear minor flap is kicked down by the rear flap closed
Both major flaps are folded and tape is applied to the top and bottom center beams with 2" over lap on the heading and trailing ends of the carton
