53 Grade OPC is a higher strength cement to meet the needs of the consumer for higher strength concrete. As per BIS requirements the minimum 28 days compressive strength of 53 Grade OPC should not be less than 53 MPa. For certain specialized works, such as prestressed concrete and certain items of precast concrete requiring consistently high strength concrete, the use of 53 grade OPC is found very useful. 53 grade OPC produces higher-grade concrete at very economical cement content. In concrete mix design, for concrete M-20 and above grades a saving of 8 to 10 % of cement may be achieved with the use of 53 grade OPC.

Portland Slag Cement (PSC Grade)

This is a slag-based blended cement that imparts strength and durability to all structures. It is manufactured by blending and inter-grinding OPC clinker and granulated slag in suitable proportions as per our norms of consistent quality. PSC has many superior performance characteristics which give it certain extra advantages when compared to Ordinary Portland Cement

The Federation International de la Precontrainte (FIP) Guide to Good Practice for “concrete constructions in hot weather,” states that if concrete is likely to be exposed to an environment of sulphate-bearing water or soil, it is preferable to use a proven type of blended cement containing ground granulated blast-furnace slag. Concrete made with ACC PSC has a higher density than concrete made with OPC, and hence it improves the durability of concrete structures.It can, therefore, be used for all purposes where OPC or PPC is used.

Opc-43 Grade Cement is the popular Brand Cement with low heat of hydration and long life of Concrete Structures. Develops early strength at 3 and 7 days with exceptionally high 28 days strength.
