EXL, EX2 AND EX3 DEBURRING WHEELS

The EXL family of wheels is designed for a broad variety of critical deburring and finishing applications. With a unique resin system that minimizes smearing, it exhibits superior performance on stainless steel, titanium and nickel alloys.

They are available with aluminum oxide mineral in medium grade or silicon carbide mineral in fine and medium grades.

These wheels are hard and durable as they are made from fine grade silicon carbide. However use of this wheel is not recommended for conformability and finishing flat surfaces.

The precisely graded mineral present in these products, provides an exceptionally fast cut while generating a uniform finish. They offer excellent results on catalyzed lacquer, nitrocellulose lacquer, varnish, polyester and polyurethane top coat finishes.

The Ivory version is recommended for light-colored finishes and the Ebony is ideal for darker finishes.

FINESSE-IT™ FINISHING MATERIAL - EBONY AND EASY CLEAN UP

Finesse-it™ Finishing material is designed to follow the compounding operation and further refine top coat finishes. It improves clarity and gloss when needed.

While the Finesse-it™ Finishing Material Easy Clean Up is designed for light finishes, the Ebony version is used on darker finishes. In many cases, this can be the final step in the woodworking finishing operation.

ROLOC™ DISC 988R

The 988R Coated Roloc discs consists of 3M Cubitron mineral. They come with a heavy and sturdy plastic backing. These discs can be used for deburring, surface grinding and scale removal.

SCOTCH-BRITE™ ROLOC™ LGB SURFACE CONDITIONING DISC

Scotch-Brite™ Roloc™ LGB Surface Conditioning Disc combines the durability of 3MTM CubitronTM Abrasive Grain, with the Scotch-Brite™ brand promise of making tough jobs easier – achieve a burr-free, paintable finish in fewer steps.

These discs are designed to easily blend and refine a grade 36 scratch or finer. These discs can hold up even under aggressive applications. In addition, the availability of multiple, standard stock attachments help in working without switching backup systems.
