ASC 320
ASC 320 solid carbide high penetration drills provide high productivity in a wide variety of applications. It eliminates pecking and maintains durability through its reinforced shank. The unique geometry and coating allow it to be used for a wide range of applications.

GEN2 T-A
GEN2 T-A drill inserts provide lower drilling forces, increased drill stability, smoother breakout on through holes and improved chip formation. These inserts feature Allied’s exclusive AM200^® coating for increased tool life.

ORIGINAL T-A
An excellent choice for general purpose use. The design provides fast penetration rates that produce good hole size and finish. Standard geometry combines highly efficient and stable cutting action to minimize power consumption. Recommended for use in most steels, cast irons, high temperature alloys and aluminum alloys.

STRUCTURAL STEEL T-A
Designed for use on structural steel materials, this system delivers outstanding performance and durability. TiAlN insert coating increases tool life while providing better hole tolerances.

WHEEL RIM T-A
Allied developed a unique drilling system for the aluminum automotive wheel industry. The system delivers consistent hole configurations, high penetration rates and lower cost per hole.

HIGH PERFORMANCE

ALVAN^® MONOBLOC AND RING STYLE REAMERS

The ALVAN^® product line includes both monobloc and ring style expandable reamers. They are offered with carbide, cermet, PCD and CBN cutting edges and are available in diameter sizes from 0.228 inch to 7.898 inch (5.8cm to 200.6cm).

ALVAN^® Ring Reamer is available with carbide, cermet, PCD or CBN cutting edges and in diameter sizes from 0.6929 inch to 7.8975 inch (17.60 mm to 200.60 mm). In addition to producing close tolerances and dimensional accuracy of machined holes, this high performance reaming product provides a lower cost per hole through its high penetration rates, making it an ideal choice for finishing holes in a production environment. It can also prove to be an alternative to finish boring by providing more consistent hole sizes and lower cycle times.

ALVAN^® MONOBLOC REAMER

ALVAN^® Monobloc Reamer is available with carbide, cermet, PCD or CBN cutting edges and in diameter sizes from 0.2283 inch to 1.2638 inch (5.8 mm to 32.10 mm). In addition to producing close tolerances and dimensional accuracy of machined holes, this high performance reaming product provides a lower cost per hole through its high penetration rates, making it an ideal choice for finishing holes in a production environment. It can also prove to be an alternative to finish boring by providing more consistent hole sizes and lower cycle times
