Our 2055 mechanical inclinometer is ±60 degree unit with 5 degree increments. The housing is made of rugged ballistic plastic, making these clinometers extremely tough for all types of environments and weather conditions. The PDTS-LCH-45 is a dual axis inclinometer sensor with a high-quality, low-cost display unit for displaying angle in both the X and Y axis (pitch and roll). With connection via a standard RS232 communication protocol, the high contrast LED display is designed to be panel mounted and is supplied with a sealing gasket and hardware. As well as displaying angle, it also has built-in tilt switch functionality. Inclinometers of high measuring accuracy for inclination measurement in the ranges of ±10, ±30 and ±80 degrees with a non-amplified, non-conditioned output signal. The NG2, NG3 and NG4 are capacitive, liquid based inclinometers with integrated sensor electronics. They are manufactured with an analog DC output. The sensor electronics require only minimal power and are in conjunction with the capacitive primary transformer characterized by high accuracy and high long-term stability. The measurement technique enables a linear relationship between the angle to be measured and the output signal. The determined angle is independent of the local gravitational acceleration, that means that no matter where the measurement is being taken, whether in Europe, Australia, on Mount Everest or on the moon, the inclination will be measured correctly anywhere.
Application; The inclinometers NG2, NG3 and NG4 are suitable for applications requiring high measurement accuracy with low linearity deviations and high long-term stability for measurement of relatively large inclination angles. Inclinometers of high measurement accuracy with an integrated 4...20mA signal conditioner for inclination measurement in the ranges of ±10, ±30 and ±80 degrees. The NG2I, NG3I and NG4I are capacitive and liquid based inclinometers with integrated sensor electronics and current amplifier. Electronic temperature compensation makes up for the temperature drift of the sensitivity of the primary transformer. An integrated, highly stable voltage regulator ensures stable operation for a range of supply voltages. The measurement technique provides a linear relationship between the angle to be measured (up to 80 degrees for the NG4I) and the output signal that is calibrated during manufacture. The measuring time constant can be matched to the requirements of the measurement task by appropriate hardware programming. The power is obtained from the measurement current loop, thereby eliminating the need for a separate power supply and enabling operation with two wire connection.
Application; The NG2I, NG3I and NG4I are suitable for applications requiring high measurement accuracy with high linearity and temperature stability as well as high long-term stability for measurement of large inclination angles and for which the power is to be supplied via a 4...20mA current loop without the need for a separate supply voltage. We recommend the sensor box SB1I with an integrated NG - inclinometer and a 4...20mA output signal for operation in especially harsh operating conditions. These inclinometers are typically used in construction, mining, vehicles, aircraft, ships, transportation and conveyor systems and process control as well as for safety engineering.

The capacitive, dielectric liquid based inclinometers NA2-05, NA2-10, NA3-30, NA4-45 and NA4-70 contain new sensor electronics. These are made up of a highly stable, laser-trimmed signal conditioner with electronic compensation for temperature drift, highly stable supply voltage regulation circuitry and low-pass filtering of the measurement signal to eliminate unwanted noise.
The capacitive measurement principle guarantees a very stable, linear relationship between the inclination being measured and the normalised output signal.
The sensor electronics require minimal power and, together with the capacitive primary transformer, are characterised by low errors, high signal-to-noise ratio and high long-term stability.
Contrary to measuring inclinations using accelerometers, this measurement principle enables a linear relationship between the inclination to be measured and the output signal, independent of the constant of gravity at the place of measurement, i.e. Independently of where the measurement is taking place, whether in Europe, Australia, on Mount Everest or the Moon.

The H6 inclinometer provides highly accurate tilt sensing in a rugged metal IP68 rated ALL-weather housing. Operating temperature from -40° C to 85° C and underwater operation tested up to 30 meters makes the H6 a perfect inclinometer for most environments. The output parameters can be modified at the factory to meet your specifications (i.e. range, polarity). We also offer the Flex Series Development Kit allowing the end user to modify the sensor as needed right from a PC – providing full flexibility for R&D and OEM production lines.

The LD360 Digital Protractor can be used in a wide variety of applications for measuring or setting angle over the full 360° range. Simply place it on the surface to be measured and it gives a digital readout of angle with a 0.1° resolution. A precision machined aluminium frame provides a rigid, lightweight, ultra-precise platform for extremely accurate measurements. The frame is grooved along the bottom surface to facilitate use with round objects such as pipes or shafts. The front panel buttons can be used to capture desired readings or to designate an alternate reference surface from which subsequent angles are then measured. The unit can also be easily re-calibrated in the field to factory accuracy using any available flat surface. The unit operates for up to 2000 hours on a single 3V coin cell battery, incorporates an automatic power down feature, and is supplied as standard with a leather case for protection
