HFJ-1883074 is an analog proximity sensor with integrated electronics. The sensor uses an Eddy Current measurement principle to detect displacement of a non-magnetic target in proximity of the sensor front. Contactless measurement principle reduces wear and ensure longer lifetime. Factory calibration of the sensor ensures current output in the range of 4-16.25 mA representing 7 mm physical displacement of the non-magnetic target material. The calibration is performed using non-magnetic material SNCrW, but the sensor is also applicable to use with other non-magnetic materials such as NiCr20TiAl. Changing the non-magnetic target material will affect the output current range representing the 7 mm displacement, but not the Non-linearity.

Cylinder sensor PS6500 is the fifth generation in-cylinder position sensor for compact installation in cylinder applications. Many years of experience with cylinder sensors, combined with new design and modern production technology, give an unsurpassable sensor at a very attractive price. The glass head sensor head offers a simple and compact mounting in cylinders and provides a secure pressure seal up to 350 bar.
The PS6500 has sensor elements of conductive plastic, which gives advantages such as very long life and good linearity values. The sensor can also be provided with dual elements, which provides two independent output signals. This provides extra security and redundancy where desired. Providing your system or a cylinder with sensors is an excellent way to get an accurate positioning in environments that are often difficult. The sensor becomes insensitive to external environmental impact, impacts, shocks and dirt, etc. With an absolute analogue output, it is easy to connect to different types of measuring or control systems and does not need to be reset when switching on or starting the machine.
