Inspection and adjustment of after Installation:

Inspect every connection to make sure them reliable enough, steel rope is good without any broken, the steel clamp is put the right place, nut is screwed down, cotter pin has been equalized level, the extended distance of front beam comply with standard, stabilizing moment of the suspension mechanism is more than twice of the overturning moment.

Inspection of electromagnetic Brake:

1. The gap between the gag bit and magnechuk should be within 0.8 to 1mm, first loose the cannulated bolt on the top cover of motor, then screw the bolt to adjust the gap, and make the gap around uniformly distributed, at last screw the cannulated bolt to tighten the motor top again.
2. When the electromagnetic brake and gad bit are working, there should be without cards stagnation, and after pull in, it must be away completely from the friction disc.

• Check of Residual current circuit Breaker, after putting through the power, turn on the residual current circuit breaker, press the trial button, and then the switch should be off at once, at this time, press the reset button, the switch should be on again.

Operation:

1. Put through the power
2. Press start button
3. Two hoist are working at the same time, put the hand knob in the middle and press the control switch
4. One hoist work, put the hand knob to the side of hoist, and then press the control switch
5. After working, cut off the power and lock the electrical control box well.
