• NOTE 1: If in case of unforeseen circumstances, beyond the hospital�s control, the stay is more than the package days, the patient will be charged the normal room tariff and other daily charges for the extra days.
• NOTE 2: Two days package means admission of patient on the day of operation & discharge before completion of 48 hours stay. Stay beyond 48 hours would be considered as three days package.
• NOTE 3: In case patient�s attendants take separate room (subject to availability), charges for that room and extra bed ( if taken ) would be extra.
• NOTE 4: Due to patient�s condition if a physicians/specialist visit is needed, the patient would be charged extra for such visits, procedures investigations ,medicines etc.
• NOTE 5: In case of any unexpected postoperative complication requiring additional procedures / investigations / oxygen / ICU care etc. extra charges would have to be paid by the patient.
• NOTE 6: Package would be considered only when full package payment is made in advance.
• NOTE 7: In case of difficult & complicated surgeries 25% extra is liable to be charged.
• NOTE 8: No discount of any type is permissible on these concessional Packages
• NOTE 9: Food charges are not included in the package
• NOTE 10: For VIP room difference of amount have to be paid
