eni HYDRAULIC H lubricant are high quality anti-wear hydraulic oils for use in circulation systems and in hydraulic circuits. They are obtained from selected paraffinic base stocks and treated with anti-wear, anti-oxidant and anti-rust additives.

PROPERTIES AND PERFORMANCE

This property, which is required by hydraulic fluids, prevents any pumping and circulation troubles, and reduces the rate of thermal and oxidation alteration.

 The oils are compatible with the most common elastomers used with mineral oils (they do not cause swelling and/or marked variations in hardness).

APPLICATIONS
eni HYDRAULIC H oils are recommended as a fluid media for use in Hydraulic systems and Hydraulic pumps operating under severe conditions. Also recommended for enclosed gear boxes, chain drives, etc which do not require EP type lubricants.

 eni Grease MU EP are high performance multipurpose yellow-brown, slightly-fibrous, smoothtextured lithium-base greases containing EP (Extreme Pressure) additives. The grade NLGI 00 contains a special tackyfier that makes the product specially suitable for lubrication for enclosed gear reducers.

eni Grease MU EP are suitable for use in all cases where conditions call for a grease with EP (Extreme Pressure) properties. For example, plain bearings, heavily loaded ball and roller bearings even when operating at high temperatures and for all lubrication requirements in general where operating conditions are especially difficult. Their ability to withstand loads widens their range of application to embrace many fields of technology.

ENI AQUAMET IFU is a EP type Emulsifiable oil suitable for metal-cutting operation. Manufactured from selected base stocks and additive pack containing a emulsifier which offers a very stable emulsion even in hard water. Eni ACER SO 10 EE is a special oil with very low viscosity, formulated from selected base stocks treated with antirust, antioxidant and some anti-wear additives. It is specifically designed for the lubrication of fast spindles of machine tools and critical hydraulic applications where the appropriate viscosity is required. The Eni ACER SO 10 EE is developed specifically as Energy Efficient lubricant for the ring frame.

The eni RGB series has been developed to meet the widest range of requirements of EP (Extreme Pressure) lubrication, such as, for instance, gears operating under severe duty (ISOL-CKD classification). The oils are formulated from paraffinic base stocks and additives such as sulphur compounds (which ensure good high-speed and shock-load performance) and phosphorus compounds (for low-speed and high-load performance). They thus satisfy the widest range of operational requirements.

APPLICATIONS
eni RGB oils are recommended for splash or circulation lubrication of all types of enclosed gears, especially where operating conditions involve heavy loads, high speeds and high relative sliding velocities, at elevated ambient and operating temperatures. The oils can also be used to lubricate other heavily-loaded parts and components such as couplings, transmission screws and low speed plain bearings. As indicated, they can be used, too, in oilmist lubrication systems.
