Consultancy on setting up of Transmitter Stations ( F.M. & T.V. Broadcast Stations ) : This work involves , Site Survey , Site Planning , planning of transmitter layout design, including trenches & passes for cable routing for various infrastructure equipment interconnection ,in consultation with Customer. Further it involves Generation System for a given load requirement correct earthing requirement for Neutral line & interconnection to H.T line. It is important to install correct rating of four line cables to avoid heating of cables from Generation System to power distribution system. The power distribution system should also have correct switch rating to avoid early damage due to heating and also should have necessary metering to measure correct voltage, current, frequency and power factor. In addition to that before feeding power to transmitter equipment , it is necessary to stabilize for correct voltage & line frequency and also UPS in line gives an added advantage . It is also equally important to monitor, the transmitter input feed /signal: Audio/ Video for correct specification and also transmitter coupled output.

Consultancy on setting up of Vehicle Mount Engineering (VME): The work involves making first step drawing, and to fabricate various frame structure as per equipment dimensions & add on hardware to give a good engineering look. For example, DF-Station on Vehicle, OB Vans , FM and Broadcast Field Strength Monitoring. We can also improve existing installation work by modification & give a new look.

Setting up of Engineering/Servicing Lab Station (SLS): It is important to have an engineering/servicing lab, whenever a Broadcast Station or equivalent capacity Electronics/RF project is setup. We can provide either consultancy for setting up Correct Lab Solution or we can work on turnkey basis. This works involves first step drawing in setting up infrastructure , UPS , ESD facility, earthing , setting up frame structure panel for correct voltage points , AC /DC converters, AC /DC points at various voltage level & load current requirement for easy servicing operation . This work mainly involves Engineering layout for given Room Size, Civil Work, Earthing , Power Stabilization, Power distribution , Interconnection to various Work Station.

Audio Recording Studios (ARS) : We provide consultancy and can set up audio recording studio in schools & colleges for training purpose of children/students.

We can also provide installation & commissioning services of electronic instruments/equipments and repairing services of OEM on case to case basis subject to availability of installation/service manuals and relevant spare parts.
